We at SameTools highly focus on client satisfaction with our smart applications and services.

Note: Every software comes with a demo version so that customers can evaluate its performance. You should try the trial version before purchasing the license version.

Responsibility of the Customer

You have to make sure you to follow the listed recommendations to make your experience flawless.

  • Before you buy the license of this software, try out the demo version.
  • Before you apply for a refund, discuss your issue regarding the software with our customer support.
  • Wait for 48 hours so that we can analyze your issues and fix them.

How to apply for a refund?

Note: Once we receive a valid refund request, it will take around 7 working days to process it.

Condition: If you have purchased the software from any third party, then the third will be only responsible for the refund.

For Refund Request: if you want to apply for a refund, contact our support team and wait for 7 working days.

Once you receive the request, this starts the verification process. If we find an issue, then we will refund the amount within 7 working days.

Conditions of Refund Policy

Here are the terms and conditions for the refund policy. If you fulfill these conditions, then you can claim for the refunds.

  • The product must be purchased from the SameTools website.
  • You can apply for a refund within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • In case you purchased two similar products, the refund will be provided only for one product.
  • If the purchased software is not compatible with the platform you are using, you are eligible for a refund.
  • In case you purchased the software by mistake & haven’t activated it. Your refund request will be accepted.
  • After making the purchase, we sent the Product ID and Product Key to your email address within 15 minutes. Sometimes, this email can be received in the spam folder. So, we advise you to check the spam folder before you connect us. If you don’t find the email in spam or junk folder, mail us at sales@sametools.com.

Note: SameTools has the right to reject your refund request that does not meet the above conditions of refund without any notice.

Conditions to Cancel Refund Request

  • If the user purchased the product without trying the demo edition.
  • If you got a discount during the software purchase, no refund will be provided.
  • We will not accept the refund request if you activated the software and used it as per the requirements.
  • For Recovery Tools, refund requests can’t be processed.
  • If you contact the respective bank for a refund in case of unauthorized or unsuccessful transactions.
  • In case you ignore guidance from our support team, we can’t accept your refund request.
  • In case you have recovered or migrated 40% by our software without any issue & then applied for a refund, we will not consider your refund request.
  • If you purchased the software by mistake, you must apply for a refund before activating the software. But after activation, the refund request can’t be accepted.
  • If you purchased the wrong license, a refund can’t be given. So, carefully apply for the required license.

SameTools will not be responsible for the below

  • If the user lost activation credentials
  • Interruption in downloading or communication
  • Any email received is flagged as spam by the server or by email client
  • The software becomes of no use after using it
  • Delay in processing refund due to weekend
  • Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances
  • If you are unable to operate the software, contact our support team at sales@sametools.com.

Delay in Refund or missing refund

If you can’t get a refund after 10-15 days, go through these instructions:

  • Go through and verify your bank account
  • We advise you to contact the credit card company as they may usually take a long time.
  • Contact your bank to get complete details of the transaction from your account.
